Jeremy works 60-hour weeks in a labour-intensive environment, making time for his health difficult. Knowing the risks about his chosen career, he knew he had to get fitter to prevent himself from injury or burnout!
Jeremy is currently subscribed to a Online Hybrid program. He trains 2 – 3 days a week, providing updates to Shaneal via the training app. Jeremy occasionally books 1:1 Personal Training sessions with Shaneal in Brunswick.
