Meet your Coach

Shaneal has always been passionate about helping others. Now, he dedicates his time doing exactly that. 

With Certificates III & IV in Fitness, Master Functional Trainer, and several specialty qualifications under his belt – Shaneal has transferred his knowledge into hands-on experience.

Shaneal specialises in injury rehab training, after working at and growing an esteemed ‘over 40s’ specialist fitness studio in Carlton, Melbourne. 

Shaneal can provide fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehab, pain reduction, nutrition and habit coaching.

Why DIIREN Fitness?

Jeremy works 60-hour weeks in a labour-intensive environment, making time for his health difficult. Knowing the risks about his chosen career, he knew he had to get fitter to prevent himself from injury or burnout!

What did his training look like?

Jeremy is currently subscribed to a Online Hybrid program. He trains 2 – 3 days a week, providing updates to Shaneal via the training app. Jeremy occasionally books 1:1 Personal Training sessions with Shaneal in Brunswick. However, they always have a 1:1 video call once a month, as part of the Online Hybrid program.

Yes — Each fitness plan is crafted to meet individual goals, not just based on the training and nutrition guidance, but more importantly ensuring it fits well with your life schedule and fitness goals. Exceptions to these rules are clearly listed in their descriptions. 

Shaneal Diiren is a certified personal trainer with recognized credentials from the Australian Institute of Fitness in Certificate III and IV in Fitness.  In addition, please click here to see his other qualifications and experiences which are updated regularly.

Absolutely. Shaneal tailors workout plans to accommodate for your preferred setting — whether it’s at home, at the gym, or if you are travelling! You’ll never lose out on your momentum with this adaptive system. 

Yes, DIIREN Fitness excels in effective weight loss programs. Shaneal has worked with several clients with this goal in mind. In addition, his personal struggles with weight loss adds more experience on the matter. His expertise ensures a comprehensive approach to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals.

Shaneal takes your health seriously and adapts programs to accommodate specific concerns or injuries. During the onboarding call and in the assessment and screening sessions, Shaneal will take into account previous and current injuries. He is experienced in rehabilitation and is qualified as a REHAB Trainer. Shaneal will take great care so that you can train pain-free.

Shaneal is available via text for queries and adjustments, depending on your program and subscription.
