In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I started to create an online program, which is now known as Online Hybrid. From training clients in parks, to running online group classes and providing coaching calls to keep everyone safe, sane and healthy, all while we were confined to our homes.

Here, I got to remediate frozen shoulders, chronic back pain, neck tension, prediabetic conditions, and a whole slew of general ailments. Fat loss and muscle gain were a huge priority with many of my 1-on-1 and online clients, who have come through with amazing and long lasting results.
Combined with my extensive and ongoing training and education in the fields of fat loss and muscle gain, pre and post natal health and more, adapting my coaching approach to best suit your goals is a healthy part of my coaching system. After all, we all have our own goals and concerns that need to be addressed independently, and not with a broad strokes approach.
